It is a competition and advocacy campaign rolled into one. The objective is to formulate new ideas to encourage more people to get out on their bikes. I have not checked into all the video presentations of ideas yet, but you can see them here, and vote for your favorite, or the one you think will have the most success. Hurry though, the competition for this round ends tomorrow.
